Weekly Bulletin 

Below are highlights of What’s On  this week and what is coming up at the Precinct. The bulletin is only a highlight please visit our website for more projects, activities and events for you to enjoy.

This Week

Family Cinema
Saturday 27th May, 10-11am
This month we will be showing stories about a well know rabbit called Peter.  Pram space is limited, please bring babies in slings if possible. There will be a creative activity after the showing. For more information please email claire@rfsk.org.uk or phone 07585 333 361

The Craft Club
Saturday 27th May, 1-4pm
Spend an afternoon crafting and making with us in the Community Hub. You are welcome to bring your own craft project or make something on the day. We have a selection of art and craft supplies for you to use including collage materials, wool, paints and more.

Whittling To Pass The Time
Saturday 27th May, 1-3pm
Artist and Gardener extraordinaire Stephen will be leading a whittling workshop in the picturesque Precinct garden. In this 2 hour workshop Stephen will show you traditional whittling skills, safe knife management and the proper use of whittling tools. At the end of the workshop you will take home a beautifully crafted spoon. Spaces are limited, please book here

Photography Walking Group
Sunday 28th May, 11-12:30pm
Local Photographer Kashif will be leading a photography walk starting from St Katharine’s Precinct. During the walk Kashif will give you tips and tricks on your photos and advice. Kashif says ‘I photograph professionally now, but it started off as a hobby for me and I also learned through practice and watching other photographers. Coming Up
Community Singing Group 
Wednesday 31st May, 6:30-7:30pm
For everyone who likes to sing and would like to sing with others. We are an informal group,no previous experience needed just a willingness to get together and sing! The Singing Group will be meeting in the Community Hub this week. To find out more contact the group via their meet up page

Limehouse Books and Films
Saturday 3rd May, 10:30-12pm

Open Studios with Bow Arts
Saturday 10th June, 12-5pm
In collaboration with Bow Arts our artists in residence will be opening their studios for members of the public. Alongside their workspaces there will be an arts/makers market, a drop in workshop and not forgetting London’s only Yurt Cafe for homemade cakes and an all day brunch menu.
