“Connections” is a collaborative project
“Connections” is a collaborative project between Creative Carers Collective and St Katherine’s Precinct (run by The Royal Foundation of St Katharine). Our conversation began around shared visions for community, creativity and making connections between different community-focused groups across London.
The exhibition and workshops will help showcase the power of creativity in changing people’s lives and we invite you to join us to learn more and see how art and community engagement can be accessed by people from diverse communities.
Creative Carers Collective is an art group run by Camden Carer’s Service. In our group we offer carers the opportunity to use art and creativity to help them find a unique voice that in turn helps them reflect upon and express their experiences of caring, life, love and everything in between. Our focus is very much on the individual voice and aim to foster a sense of wellbeing and community by encouraging our members to explore different mediums and ways of working in order to tell their stories and share them with others.
