Shoot some actual film on Super 8 and learn how to develop it yourself using washing soda, vitamin C and Coffee. Two teams of participants will be lent a Super 8 cine-camera and given one hour to shoot some footage: documentary, drama, silent comedy, experimental: It’s up to you. Then using some household items and a few darkroom chemicals, Ben will show participants how to develop the super 8 film themselves. Finally the films will be dried, spooled and projected for that rare treat – same-day viewing of freshly shot film footage!
